Big Brother!

    Jackson is now a big brother!  Our rainbow baby, Crew, was born on August 14th.  We are so grateful for our little blessing!  I just know that Jackson and Crew were close up in Heaven.  I really wish Crew could talk so he could tell us all about his big brother.
    We are so happy to have Crew with us, but he is NOT a replacement for Jackson.  If anything, I miss Jackson even more.  I have been thinking about him a lot lately.  While we were at the hospital there were several families that had just lost a baby recovering in rooms near mine.  It broke my heart to know that they were going through something very similar to what our family went through a little over a year ago.  Even though I didn't know any of them, I really wanted to go into their rooms and give them hugs and tell them how sorry I was for what they are having to experience.  Losing Jackson has really changed our perspective and made us more aware of others who are struggling and going through trials similar to ours.
     Jackson will always be a special part of our family.  I love this picture of all 4 of my kids!  As Crew grows up he is going to learn all about his older brother and the special part he plays in our family!
